AC is Great, but the App Needs Major Improvement.
The Blue Star AC performance is excellent, but the iOS app is very disappointing. The user interface is slow, and connectivity often drops. Simple tasks like changing modes or setting timers take too much time to respond. Blue Star needs to release a stable update for iPhone users to match their hardware quality. Looking forward to a better version soon.

Initially I was skeptical to get smart AC by looking at this app ratings. Since i trusted the salesman, this app really works charm! Follow the detailed guidelines as instructed
App from early 2000s
It is an app built by developers from 2000s. You will never understand why there are so many overlapping features. It is so confusing. The design is hopeless, and it doesn’t feel “smart” AC’s app at all. $1 billion company should have better user interface if they want to sell smart ACs.
Incorrect Room Temperature Showing in Application
It looks like there is a bug in this application, my AC is cooling and working fine but application room temp always shows 32 degrees and sometimes automatically comes down to 25 but not decreasing point to point. Is there anyone else experiencing this issue?
Reliable Control Without Remote – Much Better Now
Initially, I faced issues with the Bluestar Smart AC app—the device showed offline after setup, and I couldn’t reconnect it even after multiple attempts. However, the app is now working perfectly.
I’m able to control the AC directly through the app without needing the remote, which is extremely convenient and helpful.
I would suggest bringing periodic updates and improving the UI for an even better user experience.

Easy to connect,Having multiple features like- Room Temprature,Fan Speed Control,Timing,LED ON/OFF,Statistics @ Actually Trends that shows the graph of the ACs’ working hours.

Glitches in app or in bluestar 2025 smart AC
Recently buy new Bluestar 1.5ton 2025 Smart Ac and connected to bluestar app, when connecting with alexa but Ac is not connected to alexa as while pairing googleplay store and app store didn’t support bluestar app. Then i leave to connect alexa but after a month Ac automatically removed from bluestar App. Then i connect again to bluestar app but a unknown error is occurring, so frustrating smart connectivity.

Not able to log in
- I was previously logged in. For some reason the timer was not working as expected.
- I thought I’ll log out, re-install the app & try. Now I’m not able to log, ‘Unknown error’ is what I’m getting. My password & credentials are correct. This is not expected from Bluestar.

Does exactly what it’s supposed to
This app can quite literally replace the ac remote and I couldn’t be happier about it. Every action works as intended and there is no input lag as well. Yes the aesthetics can be improved upon but the app itself is highly functional.
Pathetic
One of the key functionalities of any smart AC is energy monitoring and the option to optimise utilisation accordingly. This functionality is completely missing in this app. I don’t understand why they are calling this a smart AC — the mobile app merely provides an additional remote control feature, nothing more

Very Bad Application
Kindly fix all the bugs in the app then launch. Every other day I have to pair my AC again. Can not see any historical usage data. All the features you guys claim in this application doesn’t even work. It’s such a big company, pls fix the app. We feel we wasted money by buying your smart WiFi AC. Don’t play with the brand name. You may start losing customers with this approach.

The app is the worst
The forgot password option doesn’t work and many times it doesn’t show added devices and groups. What is even the use of WiFi connected device and smartness when the app is utterly useless ? Invest some money in your app. You guys charge a lot for the AC for smartness but the app service is nonsense.

Invest on your app bluestar . Even if you call the AC smart , the application is not smart at all.
Many bugs , asking for login credentials after 4-5 uses , even-though the AC is good but we can’t even set sleep mode as its having many bugs . So please atleast invest in the application to remove the existing bugs
Worst - Worst and Worst
I just bought a new AC for my bedroom, and technician just sent me the video about that how to download this app and operate it. Didn’t even guide me , anyways the problem is , this app is totally waste of money, if i bought a smart AC to operate it smartly, how can i operate when their app is not functioning correctly, not showing AC after registration. Please solve this issues as fast as you can.

Was working perfectly fine before ios 18
This app was working perfectly fine and i was able to control all my store ACs from anywhere in the world but after ios 18 update it crashes abruptly without opening app , so kindly upload updated version so that we can update from AppStore and continue using your app just like before!
Bluestar needs to invest in IT
I currently have a panasonic Smart AC as well and boy, there’s a difference in their app and the one you guys have. I’d love if you guys invest in the app. For pointers, Why does Alexa always adds the AC as a light and when it successfully establishes a connection, the AC is always unresponsive to Alexa(both by a verbal command and in Alexa App). Secondly, trends seem to load with a lag and very sporadically. Come on. You hits can have a good thing here. Invest a little more.

Not able to connect AC wifi with my phone.
I have tried more than 100 times but, this app is not getting connected with my AC, after entering wifi password only spinner is showing that says making this ac yours…. After this nothing is happening at all……
Useless app, AC became unusable
Installed and technician explained about lock option on phone app. But i was trying to revert it next day,which is not happening even after numerous try. I am a SW engineer by profession, even am unable to understand what is happening inside the app. Now am stuck with setting of 25-min to 28-max.
Pls update the app. Paid a premium price for this.
