The myth of “television everywhere”
That is Blue Stream’s slogan for its app. That is a myth and just words because that is simply no longer true. It use to be true and you could get all the channels that are in your package anywhere you were located. But in the middle of March that all changed. Now that slogan is true …… as long as you are inside the four walls of your home. Step outside and you will be lucky to get a handful or two channels.

Freezes
Too often freezes, no notice of updates, frequent re-sign-ins

Only Apple TV streaming app (using many) with any issues. Intermittent freezing that can be corrected by changing to a different channel then back to the original channel. Frustrating that BlueStream takes no responsibility. Troubleshooting all devices reveals no issues. New cables, latest software, resets, restarts, you name it. Their Android box performance pushed me to ATV only to find a different set of issues.

Can no longer connect my BlueStream account on my phone. I get a message stating I must be connected to my home Wi-Fi. Why would I watch tv on my phone at home if I’m when I have 2 60 inch tv’s at home. This makes absolutely no sense.
