App broken

The app is messed up. It will not let you claim a reward. I called them & all the said was that the system was down. Been almost a week now and nothings fixed.

App is entirely unusable

I would rate this app zero stars if I could. It takes months to even get your reward to show as available in the app, and once it does, you can’t actually redeem anything. I’ve reached out by phone and was told the app was broken yet there’s clearly been no effort to fix it. I have been trying to redeem a gift card for over a month with the rewards I have available, but because the app does not work, I can’t. The app being broken makes the rewards system pointless. Fix this or stop offering rewards people cannot claim.

Sign in requires an email to be sent with a sign in code, but app will not accept the code that is emailed? I’ve tried it no less than 25 times with 25 different codes……none worked.

**UPDATE: 2 years after posting review & reaching out for assistance, I receive an email stating my “feedback is being passed along to our technology team so it can be addressed”.

So far so good

So far very easy to set up. Have not encountered any problems as mentioned in other reviews. Looks like a great way to set and track health goals.

One change I would like to see. It would be nice to see some different rewards like MyMedic first aid kits. Or other things that promote a more healthy lifestyle

TERRIBLE bugs need to be fixed!

This app has good features, but the bugs are atrocious. The reward opportunities in the “to-do” like sometimes show up but most of the time they don’t. The Available Rewards tracker also doesn’t properly display the correct amount. It will not populate your info logged in trackers. Please fix the problems so we can actually use the features!
