Clocking-in & clocking-out - frustratingly slow or doesn’t work so have to revert to using my card to clock-in/out.
Today for the second time within 14 days the message rcvd was:
“Authentication failed
In case you still see the problem, Please contact your
direct manager or local HR for assistance.”
So I deleted and re-installed the app to get back into it.

The clocking-in and clocking-out system is extremely slow and often does not work properly at the right time. It can take one or two minutes just to clock in or out, which is very frustrating, especially when we need to start work promptly.
In addition, the M&S Wi-Fi is extremely slow, which makes it very difficult to use it effectively during work. We often need an internet connection to help customers—for example, to search for products, check product information, make recommendations, or assist with other customer enquiries. However, because the Wi-Fi is so slow, even simple tasks can take a long time, making it difficult for us to provide efficient customer service.

To many review requests
To many review requests! The management in this hub, Hagerstown Md, will not spend the money needed to fully maintain the app. There is a lot of information that could be available to the users if it was properly maintained.

Password change reset is inconvenient. I have to tell my bosses when I put in time off or they don’t notice. Every time I open the app it asks for a review. Every. Single. Time.
