Couldn't log in for over 7 hours
I called my FedEx office on both of their phone numbers that they gave me on their packet from orientation and nobody answered me and I called over seven times in a 7 hour span of time. The app doesn't allow me to call off, it keeps freezing and in the middle of me trying to pick up shifts it keeps randomly kicking me out of my app

I hate this app, because why do I have to login every single time and mind you the passwords are cannot be short it has to be at least 16 character so just imagine doing that every single time plussssssss it is a 2-step verfication login tooo

App is decent when it’s working. But please for the love of god, fix the initial login and its issue with instantly logging you out so you have to double log in, AND, it’s 2026, I don’t like being flashbanged by my schedule. Please give us a night/dark mode

This app has been the most frustrating and time-consuming app when it comes to changing your password I’ve never in my life worked at a company that had such an annoying app. My password is changed because it says I need a new password so I put one in, but why is it not working? Why can I not login is the question!!! All it states every time is unable to sign in error.
