Still worthless
Many of the promises made when the old app was depreciated still haven’t been met, even a year later. Tool sets synced from desktop still hasn’t been added, despite a December 2025 goal. Why in any world would we buy additional services (cough AI) when you’ve killed the most basic functionality the guys in the field need the most.

Disappointing / Unusable
Worked for a while, but not very well. Now it won’t work at all unless I upgrade to the newest version, which I can’t due to having an older iPad (that otherwise works fine!)
Promises, promises
No, it's not actually a viable replacement for Revu on iOS. Not even close.
Doesn’t work on iPad
I have been trying to use this app on my IPad, and it doesn’t work at all. It works well on my phone, but when I try using it on my iPad, I just get to the validation screen, after that I can’t do anything. Is there any way to fix this?
Disappointment
I love Bluebeam desktop, so when I found out about the mobile app I was quite excited. However my need is to do punch lists and for some inexplicable reason it does not have a punch list symbol! You have to use some other shape and size it and color it every time. You can place a rectangle and set its shape and size but there is no way to replicate it without going through the whole process again! Even copy paste doesn’t work. Sometimes programmers need to get out more!
So I completed a punch list by using rectangles. In some cases my rectangles were not perfectly in a space so I ended up with a spaceless comment, however it gets worse from there. I had trouble checking in on my phone, but it finally did. Then I got a conflict error and couldn’t download the final version to my computer. When I exported it to csv I had to compare each entry to my spreadsheet and manually paste many of them over. Of 140 items about half of them exported to csv: spaces without comments, comments without spaces. So a couple of hours of Excel work and I got the punch list issued. This app is not done. Apparently I beta checked it!

Response from developer
Thanks for the feedback. We hear you on the punch list workflow, Tool Sets (which let you save and reuse custom markup styles) are coming to iOS in our next release, targeted for July 7. That will let you save a configured punch symbol and use it repeatedly. We would love to hear more about your workflow at community.bluebeam.com.
Embarrassing
Bluebeam is a great software on a pc but nowadays there is so much you could do on the go on ipads or similar devices. Please look at pdf expert for example and implement a version of the ios app that can at least do some basic tasks. At the moment it is rather embarrassing having an app on the apple store that behaves like the current version. You might as well take it off to avoid giving false hope and illusion to your customers.

So unreliable
Bring back the old app
First app review ever
shocked at how bad this is compared to the desktop version. I was hoping to use this to markup drawings in the field. Does not seem realizable enough to risk loosing your work. Tried deleting markups I just made with apple pen. And it would not allow me to erase markups from a few minutes ago.
Miss the old
Bring back studio
Bring back Revu
This app sucks bring back Revu
For IPAD
I can’t get the app to work always crashes
Very disappointed
I used Bluebeam Revu for years on the IPad. It was a great tool to use in the field. This new Bluebeam cloud is a massive downgrade. Not sure why this program needed to be changed. They should offer Revu for iPad as an option.
Useless now
I can now no longer do anything other than view pdf documents? The whole point of using REVU was to be able to mark up documents in the field.
Horrible
Doesn’t work
Not good
Can’t even sign in now
Bring back the old version
Very few tools and editing capabilities compared to the old version of bluebeam. I need to be able to edit and draw markups in the field and cannot accomplish this any longer. I used the original version to markup my as-built drawings right on my iPad, I now have to draw everything out on paper drawings and redraw them on the pc version when I get back home/office. All the new features are useless or accomplished through other software already. Please bring back the old markup tools.

Don’t Upgrade to Cloud
Bluebeam Cloud is incredibly disappointing. I developed office procedures around Bluebeam Desktop and Bluebeam Revue for mobile use. Most of the functionality of Revue is missing from Cloud effectively making our procedures worthless.
This is why people jailbreak iOS.
This is an absolute backwards slide, and why people jailbreak… to go back to previously usable versions. Probably easier to just switch to System Surveyor. Gets the job done.
Markups not working
I’m having a very similar issue as the other person has made a review about. When I am in studio projects I have created multiple notes. On Bluebeam cloud on my iPhone, I can view the notes and the content within the note. But when I try from my iPad, which is preferable because it is large I can see the note view the note, but any in all contents that I add to that note from my desktop are not viewable from my iPad.
