They’ll take your money and never respond.
I loaded $10 to make international call. The calls I made was .157€ per minute, I was on the phone for 4 minutes and the phone call end. I tried to reach out to customer support and never responded…..I don’t recommended this app.

This app is like a scam you just say hello and a $5 is gone plus it connect you with a wrong number even though the number is correct!

This app is a trash! I have money loaded on it and I can’t even open it no more, Developer are trash too, they don’t know they need to be up-to date with time?
The app doesn’t work
For few days my Bluee app wasn’t working, I looked for updated and there were none. I had to delete and download it again and now there is a glitch and I cannot even enter my phone number in it. I have money in there and don’t know how I can get it back. It’s the worst app ever.
Struggling To Get On The App!
I have some money left on my Bluee but for some reasons, I can’t get connected to families in the states. But it is one touch to Africa. The app just disappeared on my phone now. Trying to reconnect back. Thank You Lydia.
Crap App from awesome to nothing it became
This BLUEE app was awesome when I started using it. But now a days they just deduct my money without call being received. They don't have quality on anything. This is just occupying my phone spqce and draining my balance amount for nothing. They should be up to date with recent technology or should just close this crappy app. Attention to everyone !!

I put $10 to call my family and they said they never got my calls, while I called them through other service!!! Scams!!!!!!

Recording of your conversation
How do you get a recording of the person that you are talking to? And this didn’t just happened once multiple times. It will disconnect the call and you get a voice recording of the person that you are talking to, but it keeps playing over and over a portion of the conversation , and if you don’t know this you would think that the other person lost their mind, repeating the same conversation over. It gets creepy. I don’t know it this is intentionally or all of our conversation are recorded for further investigation of what we are saying. Nothin more than plain socialism. Listen to every conversation, to make sure they don’t miss any secrets. So please fix or stop spying on us.

issue with dial pad
when you call operator the dial pad doesn't work for choosing the options.
Problems phoning
I have the same problem again, the only difference is the length of it. I made several calls to Romania last night and today but I was not able to talk. The phone is ringing long here and at the other end but as soon as the people are answering the call everything is cutting off. The other end people told me that the phone rang and when they picked up they hear nothing.
I am tired and sick about this situation especially when I have to talk with my old mom which is waiting for this call. On the other hand not being able to hear her is worries me as I am thinking that perhaps she has problems and she is sick.
Would be able to do something about these technical issues or... I should look up to other long distance providers?

This app is good if you plan to make phone calls 2 days in advance. If you have an emergency they will lock your account and you are left on their mercy to have it unlocked after sending an email. You cannot contact them by phone. It takes about 2 days to have it unlocked.

This app is garbage I just downloaded this app,and I try to make a call ,The app keeps crashing saying this account was deactivated,when I just download it for the firs time

Do not download this app it’s been two weeks since they took money from my account for service that was not received. Upon contacting them via email I was told their mailbox is full so my email couldn’t be processed. Never again!
