The Bluefish app is down and my light is not working. Also the app support link here on the App Store is down! Garbage!
This company is a joke!
Do not buy their controllers. I have ordered a controller months ago and have yet to get any response on tracking or anything for that matter. My account has been charge and it seems this company is non-existent except their billing dept.
Waste of money!!!
Waste of money! Zero support ! Virtually zero instructions. A nightmare to program!! Wouldn’t buy this unit again!!!!
Bluefish Blues
24 hr clock with 12hr timer. Ok. I dont control anything. I set it to come on and it comes on when it pleases. Goes off whenever it wants. Timers do not work.

Have had this app for approximately 2 years now working nano box led lights and have had only WiFi or device issues, app never seemed to be the problem , Dave Fason at nano box has helped with every issue I have ever had and it’s never been the app , always phone , I pad , modem , works perfectly

This app is awful
The interface is cumbersome and it is frustrating. Worked well for a month then the clocks changed and it is now not working at all. Like others have said this app is a joke and the bluefish mini is also a joke. Also never get a response from anyone and there is no contact number. Is this just a scam?!?

Can't get beyond the login screen. Does this app even work? Appears to be completely useless/ non-functioning.

I've been working for hours to get this controller and app to work and it's just not working! There's no way to take full control, isn't that the point of a controller? Also I've gotten no help what so ever from e-mailing the company.
Needs a lot of work....
App needs work, all timezones in North America not supported. Setting lights on the controller via the graph is not good at all. Very hard to read and should take advantage of a full iphone screen. App needs a lot of work....
