App doesn't work, don't download. Won't connect and can't find providers.

Does not work. Can't connect to lookup Urgent Care or Emergency Providers. Useless :(
Try the National App
This app at least found something for others, even if inconvenient. I couldn't even get the app to do that much. I happen to live less than a mile from both a regional hospital and a health clinic, where I am a patient. I'm on wifi. But this app claims not to even be able to connect to the network to find me a doctor within 5 miles of my location (which I did allow the app to use), not a hospital, an emergency provider, nothing. Even if the network to which they refer is the BCBS network I chose upon starting the app, I chose the network that's printed on my insurance card. If their app can't use the network, why offer the option??
The Blue National Doctor & Hospital Finder app allows what this app should, but for some reason apparently doesn't. Search, use your location or choose one. Search for a specific facility or provider.
I'd rather have the app from KC, but this design doesn't have the user in mind. As a result, I have to use the one from BCBS National.

Would be better if I could choose what type of provider I'm looking for, instead of scanning through a big list of any type of provider. Probably just handy for the emergency or out of area look up

Won't lookup providers. Takes forever to load and gives me a location error. Do me a favor and give me a physical provider directory every year like you used to. Technology is worthless when it doesn't work!
