Won’t update the headset
As another reviewer stated, the app stays at 4% and doesn’t move past that point.
Good headset But…….
They don’t make it so you can update the firmware without a computer. Many of us truckers don’t have laptops with us on the road.
Horrible
This has been the worst Bluetooth headset I’ve ever had in my 20 years in trucking and the most expensive. Purchased 1 used ABs got so frustrated with it I just trashed it thinking maybe the seller got 1 over on me. I went and bought 1 brand new and this 1 is arguably worse. Dropped calls, sound just goes out while listening to music or watching videos online, randomly unsyncing after phone calls it’s just trash

Very good
Drops calls often
Headset drops calls for no reason. Also will drop calls when random words or phrases are spoken. I’ve called back and repeated the exact phrase again and call would drop again instantly. No rhyme or reason for this. Also walking to the back of my pickup is out of range at times. Other than these things I am fairly happy with headset

This app is almost totally useless for I-phone 17
It will almost never connect and when it does it doesn’t function as it is supposed to.

Disconnects all the time
The headset is comfortable. But it constantly disconnects and I have to reconnect via Bluetooth, which often requires multiple attempts having to restart my phone.
Failed Updates
Update: while the app is buggy as described, I was eventually able to update my headset and the update has improved the headset’s stability. I would still like to see an easier updating process moving forward. Thankfully, the developer did contact me in order to resolve the issue.
Original post: This app is about as worthless as the iPhone variant! Trying to update my Blue Parrott S650xt stays stuck at 4% no matter what I do, just like it does on the iPhone. We pay hundreds of dollars for these headsets, the least they can do is make an app that does what it’s supposed to do and updates the headset with little to no fuss! C’mon Blue Parrott. This should be fixed by now!

Kept disconnecting from my phone
App doesn’t work
This app is absolute garbage. My headset connects just fine to my phone but it will not connect to this POS app. It’s always been like this and they seem to have zero interest in fixing it, so 3/4s of the headsets functions won’t work. Horrible customer service.
Connection
If I’m on a call an someone beeps in it will lose the connection. Sometimes it does not connect right away I have to keep cutting it off an on to get connected.
Settings issue
You need to watch for the settings you keep having to reboot the phone to get the settings to show up in the menu option in the app problem still persist cannot recommend item
Unstable
This is an incredibly unstable device. I am constantly having to re-sync the Bluetooth and often unable to use it. It is very disappointing. Given I bought their highest level of headset. I’ll have to consider returning it. When it works, it’s great, but it just isn’t stable never had so many problems for the Bluetooth integration.
