Bluephage Enumera

Somatic coliphages are viral indicators of the water quality which monitoring is requested in some water quality regulations worldwide. This app is designed to be used with the BPF-SE kit (Bluephage S.L) to provide the result of the somatic coliphages concentration of 100 ml water sample. The kit is based on a patented technology that allows to obtain the results after 6.5h of incubation. The user must register the sample and take a first photograph of the Enumera try following the instructions provided. After the incubation time, it is notified to take a second photograph. The app detects the number of wells that have changed from yellow to blue-green and return a diagram of the Enumera try that the user must validate. When this is validated, the Bluephage app provide the result of the concentration of somatic coliphages of the sample and a report of the analysis.
