App crashed
When I open the app scrolling it just keeps crashing after the update. Hate that my agency switched to this app. To all agencies wishing to switch. Don’t go to this one it’s frustrating.

I work agency and they want us to use this to put our time in…
Everyone but me seems to be able to use it .
First it would change my time input … instead of working 12hrs it would change it and say i worked 5minutes .
Then it finally let me put my time in right after a year and a half and now it wont load the “unit” 🤦🏻♀️ … so i never been able to submit my time .
My question is … why do people even use it ? It has like 1.5 stars ….???

WORSE APP EVER
IM SERIOUSLY TO THE POINT WHERE IM ABOUT TO QUIT MY JOB SO I DONT HAVE TO USE THIS APP ANYMORE. Every week it has an error. The contact for issues with the app doesn’t respond. On the rare occasions that he does respond he’ll tell me to delete the app redownload it. Clear the cash. ALL THINGS IVE ALREADY DONE MULTIPLE TIMES. I have no experience coding but I’m sure I could watch a YouTube video and do better ….

Terrible!!
Keeps crashing. Keeps signing me out on my phone.

If I could give this less than 1 star I totally would. Always glitches. Constantly having to deal with it not working. I don’t recommend any company getting this for their workers.
Very glitchy
This app doesn’t work for me at all . I’ve tried to log it tons of times and it keeps telling me i have the wrong log in info even though I don’t because my password is the same one I use the the blue skys website for my agency . When I finally do get logged in nothing pops up at all , it doesn’t even show shifts or schedules.

Unfortunately, my hospital uses this worthless app. It randomly shuts down, loses data and forces you to clear cache or reload it. Then you might have other glitches, like not being able to get past the PIN screen or not having a button to Submit times. Hard to believe this app is used by organizations despite being widely hated by the staffers who are forced to deal with it daily. Ok, maybe not that is not so surprising …

Pick another time clock app, this one is garbage. Riddled with errors, problems and needs constant attention.

Allows access to a huge amount of information on my phone, and shares with third parties.
Could be so much better
There’s no way to go back and see what jobs you applied for and no way to cancel a request (for example if you think you clicked on a job/day that you didn’t mean to). That would be a tremendous help.

When it works it’s great. Here are the bugs.
I have had to delete and upload 3 times to get it to work.
You can only upload 1 timesheet for each day. We have travel logs to upload. If you work at 2 different places in one day too bad.
There are places in which i work thru lunch but it forces you to put in a lunch. You can set it for 1 minute but not zero.
Please fix it!!!

Hello and thank you for your feedback on the mobile app. We are excited to announce our update is coming in the next few weeks to address these concerns. Please do bear in mind that there are conditions for labor that enforces lunch breaks and smaller breaks depending on the hours worked per day. If there is a need to modify that condition you will need to work with your agency.
Does not work! A disgrace!
App does not even deserve one star. I have been going back-and-forth with tech support for over a month. Nonchalant attitudes, unprofessionalism, no pride in their app or their customer service skills...To say the least! My agency has stated that we have to use this app to upload time sheet to get paid but yes the app does not work. Due to this I have had to find other employment because I cannot rely on getting paid using an app that does not work. Tech-support have ignored my emails and basically abandoned my case because they can't figure out how to make their own app work regardless of which Internet connection a person is using. Piss poor excuse. Do your self a favor and do not download.

Please do bear in mind that Caregiver support is provided by your chosen employment agency and their needs to manage time dictates their operating procedures.
