Not compatible with iPhone SE 3
So I get my very first report done and when I get to the last page telling me to press the submit button at the bottom of the page I’m unable to scroll down to see the submit button so I’m stuck after 1 report. Also my selfie stick shutter button remote works great with the iPhone camera app, but adjusts the volume up instead of activating the shutter for this app. Extremely frustrating issues!

Wont Even Let Me Sign Up
This app is already off to a bad start after I downloaded it wouldn’t let me set up my account. This is terrible! developers PLEASE FIX THIS QUICKLY! It says a lot about the integrity of your work
EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED with this app
After updating the App I find it extremely useless. The upgrade does not allow me to capture photos in landscape OR portrait orientation. No mater how I turn my phone the image shows as sideways. If I take the photo at this point THEN it shows the image captured as landscape but it may be missing part of what I was trying to capture. I can use my phones camera but then if I am doing a lot of inspections that day I am running into getting photos mixed up which is causing me to take alot of additional time to sort out.
In my opinion they need to scrap this version and go back to the previous version. My philosophy is DON’T FIX WHAT ISN’T BROKE.

This app saves me a ton of time in the field. I have read some of the reviews and was surprised at how great the app actually works. If you have a newish iPhone it works great!!
Very Problematic
This app is literally the worst I’ve ever had to use. It constantly shuts down in the middle of my inspections and fails to save information. It hangs on every page and I sit around waiting for it to load for more time than actually spend doing my work. If there was any other app I could use, I’d switch to it in a heartbeat.

Won’t save pictures
The app stopped working correctly after the latest iOS update. Before that the pictures would save in the app. Now I have to go to the desktop and upload the photos. Pain in the but. Not happy!
Junk
App gets worse by the day. Supposed to save time but all it’s actually done is made the inspection rate go down. Multiple crashes and freeze ups while in the filed. Difficult to move through quickly and some features do not work. Great idea but poorly executed. Very frustrating to use in the field.
Routing
Routing portion has never worked.

Cumbersome at best
There is no rhyme or reason to all layouts. You have to back up every time you need information. Whoever designed this obviously does not do inspections. No routing function that works properly. Multitude of drop down buttons for info not needed. I only rated a 1 because I have to pick something
Many Broken Features
This is a big inconvenience. The call button never works to connect a call to the insured. You have to flip back and forth just to get the name of the insured, the number for the insured, the name of agent so you can ref when calling the insured. The info should all be in one place. You lessen our pay then expect us to take out time to help you fix the problems so you can make more money while we make less. You figure it out!

Not ready for prime time
The software submission function hardly works at all. It routinely takes 4 or 5 attempts to get an order submitted. The camera is horrible, and you have to download pictures one at a time. I'm being forced to use it. SMH
