Doesn't even work
Tried several times to book a taxi and it keeps saying not available at this time. Same applies when you try to pre book.

Removing the option to pay by card from the app? Is this a joke? Who is running this company?
Wouldn’t be so bad if any of the drivers had card machines and the ones who actually do would stop claiming they are ‘broken’

Cancelled taxi
Shocking service. Ordered a cab one hour before requirement. 20 mins after due time, message appears stating they have decided to cancel the booking. Absolutely shocking service. Avoid and stick with Uber.
App doesn’t work
I deleted an account a while ago due to the email no longer being in use. Since then the app will not work. It says the number is already in use and when I say I forgot my email and input my number they say the number is not tied to an account. The app is a broken mess.
Archaic taxi service
The app very rarely, if at all, books your taxi for the time you want.
If you’re lucky enough to get a taxi, they don’t accept card in 2022. Who still carries cash?!

Almost Perfect
A good app but needs a more positive way of entering time and date of when taxi is required
Clicking on “ASAP” gives the impression that you want a taxi now… but then you are able to select what you want
A button to amend time and date would be good
If you need to change timings you have to cancel your booking and start again, or phone them.
Like the tracking feature with the little car approaching you

Absolutely pointless
You’ll book a cab, it’ll be confirmed on the app and it’ll never show up. The staff couldn’t care less if you have somewhere to be and you’ll miss a train or be late because of it - you’ll be lucky to get a ‘sorry’ from them.
Used to be good, now useless
This App used to be great. Easy to pre-book and pay for taxis. Now it is seems completely useless. Can’t seem to book from anywhere you are not physically at, cannot seem to book anywhere in advance and always just says nothing available now, whatever option you (try to) out I n. Such a shame
Buggy app
Choosing a time doesn’t work, I’ve had taxis arrive ASAP when I had chosen a later time, an hour early or in the middle of the night if they’ve been booked for the next day.
Racist and not COVID safe
The company accepted zero responsibility for an extremely racist driver and didn’t give the customer any compensation, nor did they discipline the driver. They also don’t sanitise between customers and 90% of the drivers never wear masks. Terrible customer service.

OK but quoting system doesn’t work
App appears to be reasonable but if you try and enter a destination to obtain a quote it gives an error stating ‘no coverage in this area’. I’m not sure if this is actually a fault within the app or they are trying to avoid quotes being compared with Uber or Ola.

Fantastic app used it a few times and it’s been prefect for me can even pay using your credit cards so no need to mess with Cash it’s every bit as good as Uber very happy using it keep up the good work.

The worst app you will ever use
You will book a taxi, get a confirmation text stating it’s confirmed, your taxi Will be dispatched at the pick up time, but at the pickup time get a call saying it’s not going to be there,
In reality that taxi was never available and the app should state that there would be an additional waiting time. I could probably book it to New York and still get a confirmation text

Needs sorting out
Worked great first few times, taxis perfect timing and accurate tracking but now I’ve been logged out and when using the same password I used to register...it says it’s wrong...I’ve tried resetting but the reset password email isn’t sending and I’ve tried using my 3 other email addresses to make a new account and apparently they’ve all already been used...I’m the only one with access to them ??

Fantastic app But.....
This app has massively improved since my last review of it. The only problem is, is the drivers. They’re either too early for the pick up or late. There’s no in between. But other than than it’s a great app.
Not too bad!
Needs an update however as there are a couple of issues such as the auto login feature that never works! It even signs you out if you close the app down and go back into after say, 15 mins which shouldn’t be the case. You can check back on your bookings however it does not show the time of booking so if you happen to have forgotten the exact time of your booking some hours later, you cannot do this. Another reviewer mentioned that it does not find your house, and in some cases it doesn’t as it is showing the road name of the side street rather than my actual street of residence, however you can edit this, it just takes a bit of fiddling around.

I've used this app a number of times now without any problems
Stopped working
Used this app to book a taxi about 4 times but now will not work. Every time I try to book a taxi it just tells me there is no cars that suit my requirements when all I ask for is a taxi for one person. So not that good of an app as it only works for first couple of times
