Could not find any devices with Bluetooth on.

AVOID. From the price alone this has to be a scam.
This is not a sophisticated app. There are literally totally free alternatives. Depending on your device, you may even be able to use the built in Find My suite made by Apple and included with all their devices.
At any rate, requiring a minimum of £12.99 a month - or 6.99 a week, that’s nearly £28 - for such a basic app is scammer behaviour. If they are that desperate for money, I wouldn’t trust them with a single byte of my personal data. I would regret having downloaded this but for the fact it means I hopefully get to warn some people.

I can’t get it to work I have signed in and paid my money so far I would like to get out of it.
Waste of money
I have to be right on top of the device, with my phone touching the device to get 100%. Holding the device in one hand, my phone in the other, and scratch my head with the hand with the device in it and get 0% closeness

I cannot get my Apple iPhone to connect with my AirTag and I cannot get any helps

Tired of these apps advertised themselves as free then as soon as you download they try to charge you.
