FINDING YOUR THINGS • Walked past it? The dial now marks the strongest spot you reached and tells you to head back there. • The dial is bigger and easier to read at arm's length while you search. • Your sound and voice settings are now remembered between searches. • The Find list now separates your own saved things from other nearby devices. MY DEVICES • You can now start a search even when something is out of range. Tap "Listen for It" and the search screen keeps listening, showing a reading the moment it answers. • Tapping "Find" on a left-behind alert now opens the search straight away. • If the saved location is older than the last time your iPhone heard the device, the map is now hidden and explained, so it can't point you somewhere the thing has already left. SAFETY SCAN • Flagged devices now say "Locate", so it's clear you can tap one to track down where it's hidden. • If a scan couldn't finish, it now tells you exactly why and what will actually help. • Marking a device as your own now removes it from the results. • A device flagged during a scan can no longer be quietly dropped from the final result. APPLE WATCH • Your wrist now shows whether you're getting warmer or colder, at no cost. • Times now read normally, like "Just now", "5 hr ago" and "Yesterday". • Text fits properly on smaller watches. WIDGETS • Names and places on Lock Screen widgets now stay hidden until you unlock.
