Very useful. Should have been part of iPhone Settings app.
If you know what a dB is this app becomes immediately informative. Sure, it would be nice to se the device names but it’s not that hard to figure out which signals are changing as you walk around. This just became my “Hearing aid Locator App”.

Thank god I love this app, my Apple Pencil has been missing for a WEEK. and it was found after only five minutes with this app. If you lost something you NEED to download this app!
Janky but... helpful
I was freaking out because I lost my Apple Pencil for the hundredth time (that pesky little thing!) and i downloaded this app. At first it was really confusing because the devices don't have names. I turned on the sound and it kept getting closer and closer, and soon enough my mom dug it out of our stupid couch.

Awesome app! I lost my AirPod and this app helped me find it. It helps if you turn on the sound though. I walked around my house and when I got close to where my AirPod was it started beeping. I’m so thankful!

Ok I opened this app because I’ve been searching for my Apple Pencil everywhere so this one comment told me to turn sound on first of all the noise is horrible and just scared you and second of all It doesn’t have names so how can I find what I’m looking for? So ya DO NOT DOWNLOAD if ur looking threw the reviews to see if it works and yes this comment is real not fake.

turn the sound on and you’ll be amazed
read all the bad reviews and was reluctant but thought I might as well try it. I noticed some people said it should come with instructions and it does.. I clicked the information button on the top left and you have to turn the sound on. I turned it on then pressed scan and head a chirping and found it right away. this app is fantastic, just gotta turn the sound on

Works! The UI is bad, but it's free
Thanks, previous reviewer, for the tips on how to use this app. Like they said: -90 = 10 feet away, -80 = 5 deer away, -65 when I was right next to it. Walk slowly, because it takes a second to re-scan as you move.

Doesn’t work
This is a horrible device, don’t waste your $, they want you to upgrade to premium I had a device sitting in one place not moving and it couldn’t find it. It fluctuated between -34 to -70... what a joke

Was able to find the bluetooth speaker at the beach transmitting bad music. Hijacked the speaker. Problem solved. Awesome
Found Apple Pencil!
I have been looking for my Apple Pencil for a week and a half, I was starting to lose hope, when I found this app. The names threw me off, but I decided one of them had to be the pencil. I was waking around each possible room and watching the signal, when I was about to lose hope... I saw it reached -30... I looked down and under the little cabinet there it was!

Not A Very Good App
I couldn’t find my headphones with this app, and the names of the devices it scan won’t even show up. It’s just blank. Just shows letters and numbers than a name section that’s blank. That app needs more instructions and improvements.
Does what it says
5 thumbs up. Tip: 1) identify name of your Bluetooth device 2) do a scan with this app 3) stop the scan 4) go through each scanned device to find yours-will prob need to click on each one 4) once identified, just scan on your device 5) hint for your device; signal closer to -1 is best. Mine kept jumping to 127 but then when back to negative numbers which got bigger (closer to zero) when I got closer. FYI: I found my Bluetooth at -40 (not -1).

Hard but useful
It is hard to use and as soon as you move around the numbers go crazy. I lost my airpods. I used this app and I found them. When you get to around -50 it means it’s like a foot away.
Confusing
I lost my pencil two days ago just in my house, and I’ve been going crazy trying to find it. I tried using this app, and although I get the numbers, it’s so confusing trying to figure out which one of the signals it’s getting is what I’m looking for. I’ve been around all the rooms I’d been hanging around that day and some other random places, but the signals never indicate that I’m getting close (they just stay in the -80 to -90 range). It’s possible that the pencil died, which I guess this app wouldn’t be able to locate, but when I tested it on my bluetooth speaker (on and charged), nothing came up. Like, no new devices found, and all of the shown signals indicate that I’m pretty far away from all of them. If I’m doing something wrong, please tell me! I just wanna find my stuff :(((

Worked Great!
Lost my Bose Revolve Bluetooth speaker and I had searched high and low and couldn’t find it. I used this app and traced the signal and read prior reviews that the lower the negative number the closer you are. The lowest read I found was around. -50 and I was within 3-4 feet and found it under one my bureaus where it had rolled being that it oval shaped. Saved me tons of time.

I honestly don’t understand how to use this… I have a lot of Bluetooth devices in my house but I already knew that would be a bit of a problem for me but none of my devices had names and I couldn’t understand anything! I think it should come with instructions but I do think that it’s better that some of the other apps I’ve tried… I’ll try a bit longer but I won’t get my hopes up :/

Love it! Thank you sooo much developers of this app! I lost my Fitbit last night at school. I had it in my back pocket, so I feared that it was lost at school, maybe in the bathroom. I *hoped* it would be in my car or at home somewhere. I downloaded this and figured out which set of numbers/letters (as noted in other comments) it must have been by which one was moving up and down the most drastically when I moved around the house. For example, the Bluetooth speakers I have downstairs stayed relatively at the same strength as I moved around upstairs. I moved from room to room, literally holding my phone an inch above the floor, until I spotted it. If you’ve seen a Fitbit tracker, you know how small these things are!! I found it under my bed—never would have looked there. It must have flown out when I took off my pants when I got home last night. Anyways, so glad I didn’t lose it. This app is awesome!
