FAQ

How does BluGo help me find my lost Bluetooth device?

BluGo uses a device radar to show all nearby Bluetooth devices in real-time. As you get closer to your lost item, the app provides a distance score that increases, guiding you to its location.

What types of Bluetooth devices can BluGo find?

BluGo is designed to find a wide range of wireless and BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy 4.0+) devices. This includes popular items like AirPods, Apple Watch, Fitbit, fitness trackers, portable speakers, and headphones.

Does BluGo require my Bluetooth device to be powered on?

Yes, for BluGo to detect and help you find your Bluetooth device, it must be powered on and actively generating Bluetooth signals. Devices that are off or not broadcasting a signal cannot be located.

What are the premium subscription options for BluGo?

BluGo offers premium subscriptions with Weekly, Monthly, and Yearly plans. A 3-day free trial is often included with these plans, and pricing varies by region. You can manage subscriptions in your account settings.

How accurate is the distance score in BluGo?

The distance score in BluGo ranges from 'Far' to 'Very Near' and indicates the signal strength from your device. By observing how this score changes as you move, you can effectively pinpoint the location of your lost Bluetooth item.

Can BluGo find my AirPods if they are in their case?

BluGo cannot find AirPods or earbuds if they are in their case with both earphones inside, as they may not be actively broadcasting a detectable signal in that state. Ensure both earbuds are out of the case for detection.

What is the update frequency for BluGo?

BluGo was last updated on September 14, 2023, with version 1.0.3. While specific update frequency isn't detailed, this indicates ongoing development and support for the application.

Is BluGo available on all devices?

Currently, BluGo is supported on iPhone and iPod devices. It is designed for iOS users looking to locate their lost Bluetooth accessories.
