Avoid This App
Beware the top up isn’t refundable, and charging sessions need to be activate by calling the support every time. Go try other App, smoother and doesn’t even need to top up.

Thanks for your feedback! We’ve looked into the issue, and it appears this isn’t something on our side. The charging stations you attempted to use in Italy are known to have a significant delay in accepting tokens from newly created accounts. Unfortunately, this is a limitation on the side of the local CPO (Charge Point Operator). That said, we always do our best to assist — including starting sessions manually via our admin tools when needed. Not many apps offer that kind of real-time support.
Bad
De application is bad, the paiement system is just not up to date for 2025. It seem this app is still stuck in 2010. I cannot use it. Congrat, you are wasting your energy thank to a bad application.
App laadt enorm traag en loopt vaak vast
De app laadt bij elk gebruik zeer traag en loopt regelmatig vast. Kan dit bekeken worden? Door bvb enkel te laadpalen op te halen binnen je eigen land en niet het volledige continent.
Heel frustrerende ervaring als je snel een laadpunt wil zoeken en auto inpluggen. Dit maakt de app niet functioneel. Je moet veel geduld hebben! Graag een oplossing hiervoor.
