Can’t reload my Notes!

I have been using this App for some years and was quite happy.
Last week my phone died and I needed my passwords to restore it.
This is the App where I store all my passwords!
I tried to recover the notes using the BluLines backup that I have in my email, but it just doesn’t work. I even bought the Pro App but it’s not happening. I tried emailing them several times and had no response whatsoever.
It’s frustrating to trust your passwords in an App that suddenly stops working.

Backup fails, no support

I liked this app, but the app refuses to restore my backup file that supposedly holds my notes. I lost a dozen very detailed notes, and the developer doesn’t respond to repeated emails asking for help.
