Gostaria de falar com o responsável, baixei o app e ele fez a compra do app por 1 ano sendo que eu não quero a compra, gostaria do meu reembolso, pois é sem condições de pagar a mesma

Can’t ask via got a problem so…
I cancelled the subscription I paid for a year when I realized it was not for iPad, not iPhone. I have iPad. Please refund my $24.95 as I paid in full this morning 9/07/22

Instructions??
I cannot get the blur function to work and when going to the Help page (routes to blur.monster), the instructions are in Portuguese. I want to like this app but developers please help! I purchased annual subscription and want my money back if the whole point of the app doesn’t work.
