A lesson in futility
Can’t get into my account, can’t get camera to activate or connect although it has power and lights up. Don’t waste your time with this service or product.
Spying
Seems the unit turns on by itself very suspicious. I’ll have it turned off and at least once every two weeks it comes on by itself and starts recording without my permission. And a nickname that is mentioned here it’s not mine. Dean Mestranol it’s not my nickname or my name.
Stopped working
I purchased two of these security cameras 1 before the other within the same year, they worked great. However a problem i’ve heard with the app, I can see the unit moving and following motion, all of a sudden, I’m not able to do what it is focusing on. This is really strange but both of them to go out in the same manner. I purchased them and December 2023, I have tried to reset reboot and out the necessary steps, but have not been successful with the viewing tracking what they are focusing on. When I first connected the units up they worked great, It was the easy set up. They gave me the security I needed. I can’t go in and uninstall the app and it will not allow me to proceed in no form to the settings. I have lost money and very important recorded videos away. I guess I will be purchasing new cameras from a different source of brand. THAT A WASTE!!!

How to rotate
It has taken me hours to set this up. I finally get a picture and sound but can’t figure out how to rotate the camera with the app

The purposes is so you can use an old phone as a security camera like Alfred app that does that.
Don’t bother. No 1 knows what it is
You can include me in the people who commented this is useless. There is no real explanation on what this is & why it’s there. It’s stupid.
I’m confused
I don’t really understand what this is for. You get free surveillance with your iPhone, but how do you surveil anything when you are already using your device? I mean can’t you just record on your iPhone like we all can. What’s the point of this entire app?
No care
It doesn’t work , downloaded to iPhone and iPad and did bind, keep getting notification device not connected, so what’s up with that?

Thank you for your comments. Based on your description, it is prompted that the Blurams Care App needs to be maintained at the front desk of the phone to work normally. If you have received a push, it means that the device has been connected. You need to keep the app at the front desk and open the Blurams APP with another device to view the live video. If you have any questions, please contact our after -sales staff at any time, we wait to answer any questions you may have. : )
Disappointing
I have a Blu-ray’s camera that we use to monitor our grands when they stay with us, so when I saw this app I immediately downloaded it. Now I am going to remove it because it is useless.
There is no controls of the camera like switching from back camera to front, or to even rotate it so the image is right side up. How could they produce something so useless?
