Why can't I see the photos or hear the audio messages the AIs send me anymore? I paid a high price for the plan to unlock all interactions, and yet this is happening! Please fix this or let me know what to do. Please answer in Brazilian Portuguese.

I downloaded this app and was offered a three day free trial for premium features on the app, it said in the terms of the subscription to the premium features that if you canceled at any time during the free trial, you would not be charged. I used this app for under one hour and canceled the free trial. I was then charged $63… unbelievable
