First service- person never arrived

I had booked for a saree draping service 2 days in advance. Checked multiple times if it confirmed. Yet their experts could not arrive on time and was delayed one hour coz of which I had to cancel. I trusted and was let down for my very first service. I couldn’t attend the event coz of them. Never ever using it again.

Late, Rushed, and Disappointing Service

I had a terrible experience with this app. I booked an expensive service expecting a professional experience, but the service provider arrived more than 30 minutes late. On top of that, the entire service felt rushed, as the professional seemed to be in a hurry and lacked the training and attention to detail I expected.

I raised a complaint with customer support, but the response was disappointing and the issue was not resolved satisfactorily.

I would advise others not to be influenced by their promotional offers or premium pricing. In my experience, the service was simply not worth the money.

Best for instant salon services they are very hygienic

First time trying Blush and it was honestly a good experience. Booking was easy, the service was smooth, and everything was hygienic. Happy with the overall experience.

Bad app, misleading marketing

Very misleading marketing, asking to refer people but they don’t give referral bonus. Customer care never picks up the calls or reply on WhatsApp

Convenience is top-notch!!!

Started to use this app after an event which happened in our society. At first, I was reluctant to use it, but later on, gave a try. It was worth it, it arrives in 10 mins, and has really good professionals.
