The update is another game changer
The multiple gauge support and the added features is a welcome update. The pro gauge has made my service and install jobs really optimal. Accutool makes the best hoses, core tool and gauge for Our industry. Thank you!
App could use a update, customer service could be better.
There is a flaw with the APP which will pass a decay test prematurely, when mathematically the test would fail based on decay rate. Tried calling customer service at blue vac and no one ever answers.

Does not work. The device and the app are trash.
The app used to only work after a new update each time I used it. No cell coverage and then no app. Now, it’s the Home Screen and nothing. The app is deleted and I’m turning in the gauge as damaged and getting a testo. I need a tool to work on my schedule, any interruption and it’s no longer my tool. I bought the tool thinking it would work when I wanted it to, not under certain circumstances, or not at all anymore. Save you money and avoid this garbage.

App no longer works on newest iOS.
Just a nice Home Screen with no app, app is broken and hasn’t been updated in years.
Garbage
App used to work great, then it started searching for updates everytime I opened the app, and now the app won’t load at all. The micron gauge works great, but isn’t as useful without the app.
Does not work on new phone
Works fine on my old phone (iOS 11.2), I have used a few hours; I get a landing page only, on iPhone 14 plus

Very good
I was using it so much I tried to get it to work with my iPhone three so I would not be tying up my current iPhone and it kind of chokes on that, but otherwise it is wonderfully useful and the only problem is that I can’t figure out how to stop a program with certain triggerpoints. So it starts beeping and demands attention. But the data is all there.

Freezing
Great app. But the latest version seems to freeze on the opening screen and not let me into the app now. Very disappointing.
Doesn’t work
This app stopped working with the new iOS update and haven’t been updated in the last year. Frustrating!!!
Garbage
The app rarely opens when you need it. When it does open it always searches for updates. Let’s be frank. When we open up the app we’re on a job ready to pull a vacuum not waiting for the app to load or download freaking updates. We want to get in and get out and on to the next job. The app should be designed to start up and only connect to Bluetooth devices so we can get what we set out to do. For this reason I am no longer using either of the two BluVac micron gauges I own nor will I purchase any other devices by this label. I have switched to the new Fieldpiece Bluetooth microns gauge MG44 which simply put….works when I want it to work and connects to the fieldpiece app without trying to connect to some forgotten server or wanting to download updates. That’s what the automatic updates are for built in to the AppStore. Stop trying to reinvent a broken wheel and make something that simply put…works without costing the technician time.

The most aggravating app I have ever used.
If you’re out where cell service is poor this miserable app will make you completely swear off of measure quick. When it works it’s great but there is nothing more frustrating than to get the updating message and can’t get any further. I’m a iManifold user and am seriously considering switching to another brand of micron gauge.

No service no app
The app works great when it works, but if you have no cell service you can’t use the app. This app needs to update before each use and there is no way to bypass it. So if you are out in the country or in the mountains or in a basement with no WiFi or cell service you are out of luck. I wish they would fix this because it is aggravating.

Measure...Don’t guess
Want to KNOW for a fact your installers are following the correct evacuation procedures? BluVac Pro is the model you want. PDF results sent to office daily. The guys like the technology and the confidence of knowing their system is leak free and properly evacuated. We also use the TruBlu hoses for crazy fast evac at 150+/- microns.

Great app for evacuation
This app is awesome for taking your evacuation routine to the next level. I bought the BluVac+ Micro under the impression that I would be getting the alerts when I hit the final vacuum and when it was time for decay testing, and that I would show a pass/fail for decay, but it turned out that these features only enable with the Pro gauge. Disappointing, since that’s $199.00 spent and I don’t have what I thought I’d have, hence the 4 stars. In their defense this is lined out in the app features section in their product information on the website, but I was going off of the YouTube videos and nothing really ever made a point of clarity on that.
All of that said, what you can do with even the micro and this app, is a game changer for evacuating.

The BEST
From one tech to another this app opens up a whole other world to evacuating. You can actually visually see what’s going on with a system under a vacuum and get an idea of what’s inside. Lots of info in the app too if at first you don’t understand quite what your lookin at. The bluvac micron gauges themselves are second to none. If you have the desire to be a better tech these tools and app are for you.
