The BMed PipeSizer app is designed as a companion to the BeaconMedaes Medical Gas Design Guide and allows for the quick calculation of pressure drops over a total system without the intermediate step of loss per 100' required by the standard tables.
This makes it useful particularly for playing out "what if" simulations which are essential in answering some of the medical gas sizing questions that have arisen as facilities deal with the COVID crisis and look to understand if their pipelines are capable of handling the demand.
