Trying to get in with a doctor these days has been very difficult. Virtual visits are convenient and very helpful. My virtual doc was very nice and she was thorough.

Total Time and Money Saver
Never had to take time off work, travel, or sit in a waiting room. This is way cheaper than what it would cost to be seen at an urgent care. I will definitely be using this again for my whole family!

I feel so bad today that I would not have gone to the doctor. Seeing Dr. Spears online was a great experience. It literally took 15 minutes. I was somewhat fearful to try this online service but I’m glad I did it. It was simple, Dr. Spears was kind and knowledgeable, diagnosed what I thought was a bad cold (asthmatic bronchitis), and I’m picking up my prescription shortly!

It was perfect!
Couldn’t get in today to see my Dr and did NOT want to find a walk-in clinic. This was perfect to get a flu visit-relief is on the way!
Waste of time
I waited 45 mins and then the doctor “declined my request for an appointment”. I was angry but decided to try again....same thing. What a colossal waste of time. My symptoms were runny nose and cough if you wondering....nothing crazy.
Not my pharmacy
The app would not let me select Publix pharmacy. Loved the interactive session with Dr.Weissman. Very professional and knowledgeable. Good bedside manner. Pleasant and easy to understand.

Nothing worse than needing a doctor on a Saturday. With the current flu season still in full swing I did not want to wait for hours at urgent care, so I gave this a try. What a brilliant concept! My doctor was lovely, the wait was minimal (and in my own bed!) the visit took less than 10 minutes and very affordable. I'm well pleased and highly recommend!
