Get a BMI result without converting measurements first. Enter height in centimeters or feet and inches, then pair it with kilograms, pounds, or stones. Adult results are placed against WHO thresholds and include an estimated healthy-weight range for the entered height. For ages 2–19, the app calculates CDC BMI-for-age percentile from sex and exact age. Adult and child profiles, their records, and their interpretation rules stay separate. Store weight entries locally on your device, import or export CSV, and set a weekly reminder delivered by the device. Seven identified medical sources show the basis for the methods. Trend charts, complete history, and adult goals require a subscription. Subscription-only formula estimates cover adult body fat at ages 20–83 with BMI 13.9–40.9, and resting and daily energy at ages 20–78. On iOS, importing and writing Body Weight through Apple Health require a subscription and explicit authorization. The integration accesses no other Health data, does not run in the background, and the app sends no Health data to Zeroplay or any developer server. Only a confirmed adult device owner can be linked to Apple Health. BMI is a screening measure, not a medical diagnosis. It cannot determine body composition or explain a child’s growth on its own.
