Never works right
It's terrible design, mfa doesn't support aes encryption, and makes it a target for ransomware. The passcode through text to move money in your own account is stupid, and it's constantly down..
App not loading
Tried unlocking my card for 2hours straight. All my other apps are working. Thanks a lot. I missed on a job that will put money in my bank account.

How does it not support duo or Microsoft authenticator, no it requires a phone number or email address, what is it 2005? Every time they update it, it get's worse.. I can't understand how a bank, who controls money, doesn't have money to actually hire competent staff..

Hello, after working with our vendor, the issue with loading accounts was resolved in the first quarter.
My favorite all time banking experience
I’ve been with BMI for about seventeen years and have always had great service with them. They don’t have any frills or gimmicks but they always answer the phone! And keep fees low.

I just wish there was a way to stop recurring payments wen you don’t have anything in your account. But everything else is good.

I like the BMI app and I love banking at BMI. Everything is marked clearly on the app and the site is easy to navigate. The people who work at BMI are totally awesome and great to work with. I have been a member for over 20 years and would never consider changing! Keep doing what you do, BMI!

It said system not working for a while but I just had to undownload and download again.

The rollout was not smooth. The UI is slow.
I don't want animations. I don't want fancy mode less UI drawers. I want my accounts, ledger with timestamps, stats & most common actions on each, comms with human bankers, mobile deposit.
With each new generation of user interface to the website, I feel like it takes longer to do simple things like move money between BMI accounts and see the status.

Principal Payments
No way to make Principal only payments
Can I revert back to the old app??
New app is pretty, but does not work. Every time I try to verify an account for mobile check deposit, it closes out of the app. Tried to send an email to support, but the email that was autofilled is “not valid”. Maybe fix the bugs before launching a new app??
Was just told by BMI that this is a known issue for iPhones and had been since October 2023. I have been a member since 1995 and this is the first time I have considered switching to another credit union.
