WTH?

I have to keep re-downloading this app cause it’ll work fine one day then will be blank the next. Do better by your customers, bmobile. Time is money.

Questionable

Works fine sometimes, then the other times you can’t even renew your plan. The app just closes…very frustrating.

Frustrating

This do not work

.

Login page doesn’t load most of the time . Have to delete and reinstall app just to login

Terrible

Cant even show you your correct bill if this is the direction this company is going im switching to digicel
Make all this money but invest nothing in the company pure garbage

Fix this app

Every time I open the app the screen just goes blank and even if u try restarting the app, it doesn’t work

Horrible

Cannot even log in on iPhone

Bugs

Got it to work about 2 times, not sure if having to log in each time is a feature or a bug at this point. I hope these bugs get fixed so I would have a decent bmobile app to use.

Don’t bother for real

I read the other poor reviews and still tried the app only to delete in 15 min later. Half the functions don’t work for me and if I wasnt still on contract I’d switch to digicel quite frankly. I detest having to physically go in the store everytime to pay my bill.

The app always crashes

The app is horrible, unreliable, and is currently, as of Oct 11, 2023, non-responsive

Very convenient

This so is convenient, quick and the best way to pay your phone bill.

A bad app for an equally bad mobile network

UX is very poor. Basic elements such as input fields bounce around and the interface gets in the way from as early on as the sign-up stage.
Every design and performance standard seems to have been ignored. This app perfectly matches the overall bmobile experience on Trinidad island.

Failure.

Your bmobileGo app is non-functional on iOS Apple devices.

Don’t bother…

Absolutely frustrating app. The “remember me” function is useless because I have to sign in everytime I use the app granted my creds are stored in keychain but what’s the point of having it the option if it doesn’t work. When trying to pay via credit card not enough characters are allowed or fields available to enter my address so it pointless trying to pay my bill. Lastly the UI is clunky at best and definitely not visually friendly or functional.

Don’t even waste your time….it’s TSTT

I swear anything created by a trinidad government-owned organization is guaranteed to give you an instant headache like this bmobileGo app. Firstly, TSTT sends out a notification via text to every customer advising to download the “bmobile Go” app. If you enter bmobile go as 2 separate words, it will never show up in the App Store. Poor advertising for their own app.

Secondly, they indicated you can make payments toward someone else’s account using the app. I usually pay my mom’s bills online. If I enter my mom’s mobile number to add to my account, the code is texted to her mobile phone. We don’t live in the same house so I have to wait until I see her to retrieve the code to add HER number to MY account….complete failure. Makes absolutely no sense whatsoever.

Thirdly, the app does not allow for any payments towards landlines. So in my case, I have multiple landlines and several mobile bills to pay. With this failed app, you can only add prepaid or mobile numbers. There’s no place to add a landline. So I STILL have to resort to using the website as opposed to the app.

I swear to god that covid came about so trinidad 🇹🇹 could be more technologically advanced when it comes to apps and making life easier on the whole. But government companies (like tstt) and some local ones too are a complete colossal waste as they cannot develop, test and maintain anything (much less an app) to ensure its functionality is feasible and user friendly. #thirdworldforever
