Please make the exhaust fan closable when the van is on
Every time I get in my van and I’m ready to leave. I always forget to close the exhaust fan and the awning. It won’t let me close either unless I turn the vehicle completely off. This is a safety feature that doesn’t serve a good purpose. Please update.
I really enjoy the remote controls through Bluetooth and WiFi on this app though. It just needs a few fixes.

Doesn’t work
This app should be a blessing to control your coach remotely but it doesn’t work. App and tablet are up to date, Bluetooth paired, wifi connected. Cannot get app to log in on phone. Keeps trying to make me connect to Bluetooth and won’t go past that. Needs work badly.
Not all screens have the button at the bottom. Not easy to pair

Cloud Control Not Reliable
I have been having issues with accessing the Cloud server via Wi-Fi for weeks now. It looked like the server was back up and functionality restored, but the app generally goes gray after a few minutes. Or, it will show a device I select “turn on”, but in the RV the device does not turn on. Shortly thereafter attempting to turn on, the app goes gray again. This needs to be fixed ASAP. I have no idea if the issue is the app, or the hardware, but one or both need to be fixed. 1 star review until this is corrected.

Cannot close my fan lid if ignition is detected
Please update the app so I can close my kitchen vent lid even when my van is on. It is so tedious having to pull over just to close the lid

Step lights
Doesn’t have a switch for the step lights on my Sequence 20L anymore
Battery drains
Since the last update, the battery drains quickly and wont operate below 5% charge.
BM Pro
Since we had to get a NODE replacement last month for our 2021 Tellaro 20LT, we no longer have the light under the sliding door. This is very upsetting as you cannot see the black step at night. The BMPro app needs to be updated to bring back our light.

I like the App, but it would be greater if the background color is changeable, someone like white but others may like black.
Four Star until I updated the tablet in my RV.
The app. has been awesome. Version 3.0. I was able to view conditions of systems and even turn on my generator in my Thore Scope 18M remotely from the app over blue tooth and WiFi. Sine the update to 3.2.0 the app no longer works by WiFi and is slow to update system status in blue tooth. Hoping for an additional update soon!

Will not pair
Instructions do not match screen. Unable to connect by Bluetooth or set up account.
Please show everything on one screen (scrollable)
The app is very useful but it would so nice if everything was available on the main screen, preferably scrollable for small screens.
Currently we have to navigate to the Energy Center, Fans and Vents, etc. from the hidden menu. Then back again via the same hidden menu.
It would also be great to have a large home button on all screens to easily go back to the home screen without expanding the hidden menu.
Another option would be big (finger sized) buttons for each section (all, not some).
Basically, it would be great if navigation was more streamlined, or better yet, unnecessary if everything was on the main screen.
