UNABLE TO ADD CARD

Tried a few times from 25/04/20 till 29/04/20. Tried to add my member card. But keep popping out as “ERROR”. Reported to BMS Organics FB Page. But still unable to add card. PLEASE KINDLY RECTIFY THIS PROBLEM.
