iPhone upgrade
Everything else went over on my iPhone upgrade - this app didn’t recognise me and now I can’t work remotely- I have no choice but to use this app due to the organisation I work for ! Not happy - now have to drive into work to contact IT who apparently don’t work weekends !!
Logs me out
I used it once and it worked. The next time I used the app, it said I was new and wanted me to set my profile up again, so I did. Now the codes won’t work and I’m having great difficultly logging in to remote access. So frustrating.
Not working with iphone 12/latest ios

Does it/could support tokens on more than one device? Maybe tablet vs mobile etc.?

Great App but what is going to happen when ios11 comes out and this stops working? I don't want to have to shift to something else.
Works well - but iOS telling me it won't for long
Every time I load this app - it tells me it needs updating as it won't work with future versions of iOS.
Great idea
Was excellent when it worked but the portal I am using it with doesn't recognise the OTP anymore. Any ideas!
