Why remove remote view
I use to love this app. I told all my friends,family member’s & coworkers how great this app is that own bmws. Now the app barely works. You remove remote viewing of the car which I love. If I want to see my car thru the app I can no longer see my car in the app. Not good. Fixed it. Put that option back please.

Good app but need fix 1 function
Great digital manual super easy to locate info and go through.
Only problem is the videos cannot be closed after opened up. Have to close the app and reopen to keep reading. Hope next update can add a close button for videos. I’m using iPad version of this app.

403 error
Several weeks without able to log in as a “403 Forbidden” error appears when the app drives me to BMWUSA.com to introduce my credentials
Siri search crashes the app
Once I give Siri the topic to search the app crashes. Does t every single time. iPhone 15 pro max
My Garage Never Works
I don’t know what happens with the updates to the my garage section of the app, but for the past few months I have to try multiple times to actually log into the site. Latest I got an email for sale on connected drive services and no matter how I try to log in either thru the email link, app, or even website the site times out with no response. Hopefully they get their act together and put out a site that actually works.

iPhone 16 problems
I recently purchased a new iPhone 16 Pro Max. I could never get the phone digital key to work with my new phone, like it did with my old phone or with my wife’s phone. After trying innumerable ways to fix it, I finally called the BMW genius. They explained to me that the BMW digital key does not work on the iPhone 16 and that they have no timeframe towards ever getting it fixed even though they are aware of it. Strong work BMW.

NO 2020 -2025 BMW DRIVERS GUIDES
New owner of BMW 2024 and still working on getting more familiar with all its features and functionality. Excited about using some of the latest innovations technology on it. I decided to download the guidance app as a user interface for my learning during leisure time.. To my surprise the current App Store as of 8/4/2024 reference guide only has version up to 2019.
Now, I may have jumped the gun on this app with my grade and judgement and that all reference guides after this ytd date is referred to the new personalized version of MY-BMW app. And that is no longer needed in the App Store.. If so, I apologize in advance and will update my response accordingly.. I’m very pleased with BMW and a 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ is my rating 💫‼️
The 1 star ⭐️ rating was solely based off nothing for the newer models..
Although, there’s no reason why a similar version for it not to be either.
Return for an update.

Can’t add my car
I get error code 1021 when I try to download the content. Also, I already have an account with BMW online and the app uses it for login - why can’t it also use it to select my car?

Two cars download fine but my 2023 M2 VIN keeps throwing Error codes.

Excellent service
Whenever I have an issue with my 430i convertible, no matter how small, the service dept is always there to rectify. Even the service manager is there to please! It is always worth the trip to travel to Habberstad BMW in BayShore even though I live in East Meadow. I originally tried dealers closer to me and was not happy or greeted in the same matter. We now have 2 beautiful cars!

Crashes on launch
V2.7.6 now crashes at launch on my iPhone 13 mini running iOS 17.3.1, making this app now useless. BMW: Please issue an update to fix this.
