Slow and repeated logins
Why do I have to continually log into the app? Also, it’s frustrating with the connected ride having to upload routes from the iPhone only to have them sync on the navigator.
Frustrating
I often need to delete and reinstall this app. It regularly fails to start Map mode and sometimes doesn’t show the battery status when charging. Often just drops section of rides. It’s really quite poor.
Useless
I’d like to say it’s useless but that suggests some part of it is useful
The worst experience of any app I have ever used. Logs out all the time!!!
Every month the horrible app signs you out forcing you to sign in as you are about to jump on the bike wasting time fumbling with your phone to have the app work!!!
And don’t get me started on the fact it only logs trips if it’s running as the main app!!!
All this when I purchased a $35k bike!!
Never again!!

Route won’t Cancel
I find that if I’m riding following a chosen route and decide to go elsewhere, I am unable to End the navigating route .
Using the wonder wheel - i am able to move onto the correct page and scroll down to End Navigation but then unable to cancel the active navigation, which is so annoying when I turn away from the programmed route and then are constantly asked by app to make a U turn . I have to stop remove my phone from the cradle and manually delete route on the mobile.
