Never worked
For two years have not been able to see my info I log in enter my dob and postcode says finance is linked then get an error. Reported countless time and promised a response and NADA!!
Broken app
Been trying to use Th app for over week now. Keeps giving issues with logging in and to try again. Useless
Login fails
Got the app working for a bit … then suddenly it just won’t launch after entering credentials. Keep getting “Something went wrong please try again”. Unfortunately par for the course with BMW whose service has got progressively more complicated and worse over the years. Oh and the website pushes you to the (non-working) app and the call centre is closed at weekends. One star is too high a rating!

Don’t waste your time
Account set up process is a nightmare. Even if you get customer support assistance and successfully login, this won’t last long.

I have a degree in IT but I cannot navigate or follow what this app is meant to do. Glitch after glitch. More than likely an unfinished, untested project - or a joke designed to frustrate and annoy. Embarrassing.
Login issue
The app is a total waste! it does not allow you login instead asking you to verify your details and taking you to register a new account regardless how you do.

The app worked fine initially, but now I can’t seem to login. I have a BMW ID and password, but when I try to login it instead asks me to verify details my details, as if I’m setting up a new account! Very frustrating. Have even tried updating my password, but this hasn’t solved the issue.

Why can’t you hear the reviews and fix your shoddy system!? It’s an absolute joke! You rave on about your tech and iQ but a simple finance app with a few clicks is impossible to get into because of your incompetence.

Can’t see any finance contract
Once you click on the finance section, nothing comes up and it says error. Then gets you to log in again and stuck in a loop of that. Fix the app!

Full of bugs and it just doesn’t work. My car disappeared from the app after an update and I’m unable to add it back.

I cannot agree to the terms and get past the first screen. It’s unbelievable that a big company such as BMW can’t make a decent app that provides basic functionality. And they have moved everything to these non-working apps so I can’t access any information on a simple website. Shame on you and your developers.

Poor app Bmw one
This is a terrible app. I have hand the same issue for months. After I add the pin it errors out “something went wrong” reinstalled the app a few times same issue. I don’t know when bmw can’t make the finance info available via online login.

No connected features
Bmw is a racist company which decided to not offer connected services in India since they think Indians don’t need it. It’s time to boycott them

Even indian brand conncetd app much better
Doesnt work even after two upadtes. Alreday added profile and car history lost and umable to add profile shows erros favimg issue and all that msg. Comin bmw even indian brands has better conncted car app than urs. Improve dont behave like nokia .
