Need lots of improvement

I love using mpay. And I choose to use mpay most of the time rather mbob but mypay has been nothing but troubles. One time I couldn’t even use the app because it wasn’t opening and when it find did I said that my T-pin was wrong even tho it worked after 5 tries. It would be better it the app could function properly like mpay. Thank you.
