BNCO

BNCO is the organisation app of the Balthasar Neumann Choir & Orchestra for the freelance musicians and singers who take part in its projects. Accounts are created by the ensemble's office. There is no sign-up in the app: if you are not working with the Balthasar Neumann ensembles, the app has nothing to show you. WHAT MEMBERS USE IT FOR • Invitations: see the projects you are invited to, with programme, dates, venue, hotel and fee, and answer with one tap (accept, maybe or decline), with a comment if you like. • Schedule: every rehearsal, sectional and concert of your projects in the local time of the venue, with the room, a map and the walking route from your hotel. • Scores: the parts for your functions as PDF, downloaded once and available offline on tour. • Messages: news from the office, with notifications and the badge on the app icon. • Expenses: submit your travel expenses with the receipts as one PDF and follow their status. • Calendar: your personal schedule in its own calendar in Apple Calendar, kept up to date. • Profile: keep your contact and bank details current yourself. YOUR DATA The app talks only to the ensemble's own server in Germany. Nothing is shared with third parties, and there is no advertising and no tracking.
