Limited to adults only
Teens don’t carry wallets or cards anymore, don’t want to pay $5 for a card but can’t use the app as it’s only available to people over 17
Do not update your app!! Lost reading list
This app was pretty good managing things and finally brought out reading lists which made it great. However the latest update has lost the reading lists and now I don’t have any of my saved lists anymore. If you’re reading this, don’t update your app if you value your reading lists!
Good app, but forgets linked accounts
App is very useful overall. I love the linked account feature. One criticism is that every few days it “forgets” the linked accounts and I have to re add them.
Won’t let me sign in
Tells me my credentials aren’t recognised when I literally just got a library card today and like I got a pin for it and it tells me it literally doesn’t recognise the credentials like really annoying so I can’t actually look at anything in the catalogue so if I want to put a book on hold, I can’tthere’s a book. I really need to hold. I can’t even do that. Won’t even let me login.

Great concepts
I really love this app, especially after the new update.
Positives: everything is in one place, (mostly) seamless
Negatives: reading tracker never works (cannot log time, but still great idea), app signs out unexpectedly, no app notifications for holds or overdue books
