Unable to use the app as when you start up, just displayed blank white screen.
Had to delete and reinstall
Recently stopped working on iPhone with completely blank screen on opening app. Had to delete and reinstall and now working fine.

Utterly useless!!!
Just updated to latest version 3.2.40 (15th Apr 2026) on iOS 26, and all you get now is a blank white screen. 🤣 This is bloody useless as an app to get quick details on medicine. 🤬 Why is it taking the BNF so damn long - years from what I can tell - to fix the app. It’d be quicker to just lug-around the latest BNF Guidebook instead on my rounds. 🙄 Zero stars!!!

Great app - minor fixes needed
Been using for many years now - critical tool for my daily clinical practice. However the fact that the keyboard collapses as soon as you delete the previous drug from the search bar when checking multiple medications in turn is very frustrating. Please can you find a way to keep the keyboard active so one can delete previous drug and type another?

Still unusable since update
Still can’t use this since the update requiring log-in broke the app. I have a log-in that works on the website, but something is defective in the app when logging in, so I can’t access any drug information. You will note all the positive reviews are a few years old, before this change was made

Since being asked to register I no longer have access to this app because an error message keeps popping up every time I try to log on. I’ve tried repeatedly registering via different email addresses and no success. The support team via email is unhelpful too

Can’t access app since log in requirement. Keeps coming up with server error. Saying can’t connect to server: the following required parameters for the identity service were missing: access token
