I won’t mention my other bank that I was with over 50 years ( I started saving really young ) but they went down hill and I had problems quite often and then they shrunk the local branch to a closet size and took away the drive thru. I was done and gave BNH a try which was a real good move . I have had zero problems and always get a warm greeting whether walk in or drive up . I’m a senior and have a great feeling with BNH

Problems with mobile deposits
The app is very handy for checking balances but I have had problems on several occasions trying to make deposits. Seems to be somewhat better if used during banking hours ...but not always.

Great app, great service
I’ve been with Bank of NH for many years and enjoy the hometown feel. The people are great and the service is excellent. The bill pay for business accounts is the weakest link. You can’t specify different accounts to pay from and there is no online support.
