Withdrawal is stuck for last one year
I’ve had an incredibly frustrating experience with Bitbns. My withdrawal has been stuck for over a year, and despite multiple follow-ups, there has been no meaningful resolution or communication from the support team.
Honestly, I do not recommend Bitbns to anyone. If you’re considering it, please do your research and check recent user experiences. There are better, more reliable exchanges with proper user support and regulatory clarity.

Fraud app
once you buy any crypto currencyfrom bitbns app there is no option for withdrawal your own money money will be debited from your wallet but it will show you processing for 1 year but the money will not credit to your account its a scam guys they are not giving our money back pls don’t use this app to buy any crypto currency i had very worst experience from this app its a request to bitbns kondly proceed my money in my bank account or else i will file a case in supreme court.

Bogus App stay Away, don’t invest here at all
I have been investing in BITBNS from many years, recently when I decided to withdraw funds, it doesn’t allow it. While accepting it will do it immediately and credit your account in BITBNS app but if you try to withdraw money it will get stuck or show you message that we are trying to solve the transfer issues. I have more than 2 lakhs invested which are stuck and there is absolutely no customer service. STAY AWAY, don’t invest a single penny. I am already on a legal course to take them down. Also note the account they use to credit is of a person named some dhake it’s not a company account.

Fraud app
Please don't invest in this app they are frauds. They take money instantly but we can't withdraw our money back from the app.
They have not provided any mail or any number for support. It's been more than 8 months and the withdrawal is showing in process.
They have not provided instant withdrawal back then and p2p is also worse here.
We can just raise a ticket and at last, these frauds won't respond or solve the problem.
Many people lost their money here but you can save yours.

Worst scam app don’t install
This is the worst crypto app I never experienced. Initially it was very good app both in deposit and withdrawal before 2022. But after mid 2022 to till today almost 2023 end this app becomes waste. Ur invested money you can’t be able to take out. All crypto are overpriced compared to live market. Most of the people are literally struggling to take out hard earned money. They closed all options to transfer funds and also withdraw money.

Great service
Had an issue with UsDt deposit. Was timely resolved by the support service. Highly recommend bitbns. Don’t pay heed to the negative comments here. Bitbns has come a long way and is the most trustworthy exchange in India.
Pathetic service for funds withdrawal
This app will not let us withdraw cash easily. Every time I have had to withdraw cash, the instant withdrawals are blocked. They never seem to fix this issue. Regular withdrawals take 5-6 business days, and Sometimes even regular withdrawals are not allowed.
It’s a pathetic app. I have used Zebpay as well and they never have a problem with instant withdrawals, takes less than 15 mins for my money to get to my bank using Zebpay.

Good app bt worst customer service i was using this app from last few months it’s quite simple and good bt last month i faced issue of missing crypto deposit i have tried to contact them alot of time via mail n raising ticket bt every time i got mail our team will contact you in 24 to 48 hours and no one gona contact us n they will removed our ticket worst experience ever

Awesome! I’ve been using bitbns for a long time.
I’m a veteran user of bitbns. They are one of the best exchanges in India. Honestly they are much better than WazirX or any other exchange. Why? The wallet nodes are always in sync, if not 99% of the time. So you can withdraw crypto to your personal wallet for the purpose of staking or earning interest in BlockFi, etc. I usually buy Cardano and stake it in Daedalus Wallet or buy USDC and deposit in BlockFi for interest. You get a fricking 9% p.a. for stable coin deposits. Btw, Bitbns also gives you interest for stable coin holdings. So you can decide where you want to earn interest.
In WazirX, the wallet nodes are always offline. Not even their BTC or ETH wallet nodes are online. They are all offline too. I’ve seen the worst app ever in my life always shows buy at high price when you try to sell it shows at lowest price in 1 sec also or after it’s on high also chart shows high but this app sell at low so u will always lose you money however and charges never ever use the app I’ve lost lots money I sold in high but it still sold at low price I bought soul at 181 and after 15 days it was 200 so I thought sell it but when I sold it was 175 in selling price chart shows 200 this is totally fake app they make ppl foot and making money getting rich I think so never try this app scammers

Candle stick does not respond to the price
Candle stick should go up and down as price goes down or up but it stays still

App is very good but maintains issues
App is very good and easy to use.
But It goes for maintenance so many times and some coins doesn’t reflect in crypto wallet, I wish your fix this bug.
Everything is fine and the app takes time to load all the time and some time the wallet amount get increased and some coins get add up automatically, pls fix it and make the app faster

Latest version not available on ios
I have given 3 star the only reason being latest version of Bitbns app is not available on the IOS14.
To buy newly launched cryptos i have to go to web site and since app is not updated we cant see the balance and holding in the app.
Pls try to resolve this issue.

There are so many bugs
There are so many bugs in the application. It is not listing years in the birth option in the initial setup. It is listing only the years above 2021.
Not able to do KYC verification since it is not able upload the picture to the server database.
Worst application. There should be regular updates and this is where it lacks. The last update was released 4 months back. Who in earth will use this application if there is no updates on regular basis.

Totally fraud and scam .. stay away such fraud
First of all this bitbns not under any indian sebi register. In this apps bitbns has huge price difference from real cryptocurrency market. They kept high buy price while purchasing and low while selling coin. This how they running scam. I raised this question they blocked me community group. Threatening me do whatever want. Mr Nitin Vaid doing manipulation in trading. Never use such apps. Visit twitter to check complaints and customer support very bad. Request spread real side bitbns to avoid scam.

This exchange is simply a loot money and nothing else to increase the deposits in their exchange
My withdrawal is still under processed after waiting for more than 12 hrs and as i have gone through the reviews it seems to be a hoax exchange onlyy..kindly just switch to other exchange rather than this hoax exchange...
The exchange mechanism is simply based on the tip. Can’t be there a simplified and fast mechanism for the exchange...wish to give it a zero star.!

Taking months to withdraw money
The way for withdrawal is frustrating as the Queue starts from some 500 and remains stagnant after a week it reaches 200 something and the next day moves back to 300s and it’s taking months for withdrawal of funds that you have invested while the deposits take only a few minutes or hours and the queue position would be 1 or 2 and changes fast but for withdrawal it’s taking a hell lot of time , there isn’t any change in queue position even after making and increment in tips so as to withdraw money faster. Is there any way to increase the withdrawal speed please help my money still remains blocked with bitbns.

Nice App but few suggestions..
App is as good and easy to use but few improvements i want to suggest
1. In my orders section we should see current orders first and then also we can select from coins to see different orders. Right now the selected coin is first in the list 0x so we need to select our ordered coin.
2. When we confirm place order the popup still remains there and we cant go back to app dashboard and have to close and reopen app. Please remove this issue.

App crashing on iPhone X
Download, install, login and setting PIN is fine but the moment you close the app and try to relaunch it crashes each and every time iPhone X. The only way to get back to the app is re-download all over again. But, when you close the app to relaunch the same vicious circle is repeated. Please fix this and can we expect to see all the cryptos in future ? I’m aware apple is not allowing you guys but is there a possiblity?
