Good clothes but app glitches
Every time I try to go to ‘my account’ the app glitches and I can’t view anything in there.
discount codes don’t work
customer support is helpful but the app is not great and no notifications section or discount codes found

The app has a Bug , it doesn’t show the ordered list or order summery whenever You click on it it came back to the same page that shows only the total amount.

I‘m Really appreciating this brand and I loveeee this style. The app is very fine. Sadly you can not change the currency in this app to a foreign one (euro, dollar, złoty…) which would be really good, but all in all great!

Frustrating
Doesn’t show all the items that are on the website and doesn’t recognize student discounts half of the time. I have to split orders into 2 and pay 2 separate shipping charges because a certain item I want is in stock on the website but won’t show up on the app. The app will also tell me that a student discount code is invalid but works just fine on the website.

I’m a great fan of bo and tee’s product, decided to treat myself with an « end of the year » gift, and tried the app for the black friday! Loved it! Very intuitive and easy to use! 🫶🏼✨
Order got lost and I didn’t receive a refund
Sadly one order ago I was away when it was supposedly delivered and I never received my order.
I asked for a refund but sadly it didn’t work out.
