Boabee is an awesome lead retrieval app for exhibitors. It’s a real efficiency booster at your event. It helps exhibitors to gather contact details, share his promo material, and capture tailored sales info about the visitors at his booth.
In a few simple steps the exhibitor can prepare the upcoming event in his dashboard:
- create a to-the-point set of questions to categorise leads efficiently
- upload the brochures, files and weblink for instant sharing
At the event, the exhibitor simply scans his visitor, selects promo material to share and adds valuable info via his tailored questions.
Every morning after an event-day he receives his booth-report automatically in his mailbox. He can start working on his prospects right away. Bye bye business cards and paper notes!!
