Fixed a couple of UX issues with temporary players & the Carcassonne score popup. Added some score tips for Carcassonne. Shortened the wait time on the finger chooser. Added Clank! (based off catacombs but should work with in space, legacy, and base games), and Call to adventure (with story icon score calculation).
