This app does exactly what it promises- reads a boarding pass barcode and decodes its information.
The other review complained about not showing up to date flight information. This is not what is on the ticket. The ticket has static information only

See what's on your boarding pass barcode
I bought the app just to see what personal data is contained in the barcode. There are concerns that thieves can obtain valuable personal information. On the down-side, the app quits after 15 seconds or so, very aggravating.
Not as advertised
DO NOT BUY!!! Does not give you flight times or flight status. I'm at the airport now and know there's a delay and was think "there has to be an app for that". This app is not it. Gives you your name, date of flight then a bunch of info that you won't care about, it's airline jargon and means nothing to us. So 99cents to tell me my name and date but no time or status of my flight. I want money back, DO NOT BUY!!!

Useful, but has some misrepresented data
I do like this app. It does provide more information than what is printed on the boarding pass. I fly multiple airlines and tested it against different airlines boarding passes. For the most part, the data is accurate. I did notice that with Delta, the boarding pass issue date showed 2010 as the year when it should be 2015. This applies to the flight date, as well. This is a small issue. But, would be nice to have fixed.

Did not work on Cathay Pacific
Did not seem to scan. Tried different orientations, but nothing. Tried with flash on but nope. Manatee scanner is free and it worked.
It works!
Tip: You have to scan with the camera in landscape mode. It worked with my Alaska and Aromexico tickets.
Simple but useful
Great for sending flight info to family when I get rerouted, scan the barcode and tap email. No typos. Quick and easy. Has come in very handy
Also good for checking to make sure they properly encoded TSA Precheck on the boarding pass (sometimes it has the label but the barcode doesn't have the 3 under "selectee"). So I reprint and it's fixed. Score!
