Being able to choose the length of the quizzes and the difficulty of the questions allowed me to use Board Vitals when I had just a few minutes or when I really wanted to put myself in true PANRR taking mode. This is a highly effective tool for all learners.

I’ve used BoardVitals for a variety of board examinations (general cardiology, echocardiography, nuclear medicine), and so far I have passed the board exams every time. I’m using it again for my upcoming general internal medicine review, and I’m hopeful for the same result. Very convenience question format, easy to use anywhere, and the price is very reasonable as well. Highly recommended.

AGACNP board prep review
I used this question bank while preparing for the AGACNP boards and was disappointed with the overall quality. Many questions were poorly worded, with unclear answer choices that felt more misleading than clinically challenging. Several explanations did not clearly support the correct answer or explain why the other options were wrong.
I also found the content overly focused on niche topics, especially orthopedics, which felt disproportionate for a general AGACNP board review. Overall, the question bank had some useful material, but the confusing wording, inconsistent rationales, and unbalanced content made it a frustrating prep resource.

Lot’s of great features, nice app design
It saves your old quiz, you can have them offline. It shows you how you compare to others and there are many different testing modes and filters to target content. What I don’t like is that there’s certain modes that don’t allow you to limit the number of questions. And you cannot copy and paste rationales.
