If you cannot deliver product and apps that are easily compatible within themselves, should not deliver those to the customers under the pretext of being customer friendly. This is a gimmick you planted for the growth and numbers perspective maybe but dailed at a great level and never focused back as not impacting your customer base much. Good for you, bad for you now onwards. Be patient and wait for your leader!
