Good, but….
It would really be helpful if you could view it in landscape and utilize the width of the screen, especially with the weekly view. The weekly view is basically useless since the width is so small. Especially on an iPad.
So good it’s almost hard to believe
Having tried 6 different softwares over multiple businesses in the last 12 years, the good, bad and ugly are very apparent. This review is from a business owner perspective. Ease of onboarding, seamless transition to immediate operation and app versatility for a uniquely structured club make this app shine. The highlight though, is the customer service and adaptability. No other software listens, fixes problems and truly cares about their users like this. If you don’t agree, come find me in NC and I’ll buy you lunch and change your mind. Absolutely unmatched. Basic functionality is there, but needs some tweaks
Basic app functionality seems decent, but it would be really nice if it would show boat availability on the calendar itself. If you’re trying to see which days a boat is available you have to click *each day* and then look at a timeline bar that’s under the picture of the boat. So checking the next 2 weeks of dates requires you to individually select 14 different days. If you happen to already have any of your own reservations in the system it makes things worse, because then you also have to scroll down to get to the picture of the boat after each day you click, so it gets very tedious.
The app would be significantly more user friendly if you could see a monthly calendar view that had the individual squares (days) color coded to show that boat’s availability. This would make it way faster to pick a day or two to reserve the boat over the next several weeks.
