Stuck on level 13
I really like the game, however I can’t get past level 13. A couple of the boats are going into each other and not towards the canal to offload and sort the People. Please fix this and I’ll play more of the game. Thank you for the fun game by the way.

How do I pass level 13 when three of the boats don’t move when I touch them
