After signing up for a free course and making a donation, I wanted to come back later and take the course I’ve had so much difficulty finding my account. Over the weekend, trying to sign on it didn’t recognize me. I tried to change my password like 10 times and it never stuck finally again this morning. I changed my password and it accepted, but it still doesn’t find my course that I signed up to I should be resume course, but the option doesn’t show that I have signed on very frustrating navigating back-and-forth and trying to find that course has been very difficult as I feel on navigating online I’m exhausted this morning. All I wanted to do is sign on and start studying. Disappointed.

Does not work with Private relay
For those with iCloud private relay, the request a tow and a few other functions do not work. You need to turn it off to use the functions. Please fix. Last thing we need during a difficult moment is to have to remember to turn that off so your app will work.

Can’t check tide info for west Florida. App crashes every time. I’ve deleted and reinstalled, logged back in same thing. This sucks

The tide part which is one of the more important parts of any marine app hasn’t worked for months on my iPad or phone. Thinking of switching to TowBoat.

The app used to be a great resource for checking tides however now it constantly crashes. Worthless app taking up space
App stopped working
This app has gone belly up on my iPhone 14. Every time I open the app, it tells me there’s no data at the tide station I’ve selected, then the data comes in, and then the app closes. Same thing every single time. I’ve tried deleting the app from my iPhone and downloading it from the App Store and the same thing continues to happen over and over. I’m done with the BoatUS app.

App keeps crashing when I try to go to tides. Says station has no data and closes app. Tried everything, uninstall, reinstall still crashes.
Works Erratically
Too bad they didn’t check the app before releasing it. Great features, but SO buggy. Clicking on tides, for example, often automatically logs you out.
